This is a new free cross stitch pattern. It's a pair of sneakers with the laces forming a heart shape. It's very simple and has just a few colors on black fabric. The use of glow-in-the-dark thread and white metallic thread is suggested. I think this would be a great wedding present, especially if you don't have too much time to stitch. You could just stitch the names of the couple on top of the heart using white thread and then the date below the heart. You could even embellish it with faux wedding rings and put it inside the heart. You could also stitch the names on the front of each shoe instead using black thread. But whatever you choose, I really really suggest the glow-in-the-dark thread.

That is so cool! My brother did a lot of punk stuff back in the day, this would be perfect for him and his wife. Love the idea of glow-in-the-dark thread. Will the download be posted at some point?
